How much BSFL should I feed each chicken?

Use Fermorin BSFL as a treat or topper, not as a replacement for complete poultry feed. Treats should stay at or below about 10% of a hen’s daily diet. A practical daily serving is about 1 tablespoon (roughly 10 g, or 15–20 grubs) per adult hen.

How much should I offer a flock?

As a daily guide, offer about 1/4 cup (40 g) for 4 hens, 1/3 cup (60 g) for 6 hens, 2/3 cup (100 g) for 10 hens, or 1 cup (150 g) for 15 hens. Serve after their main feed and keep fresh water and appropriate grit available.

How should I store dried black soldier fly larvae?

Keep the package sealed in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct heat. Reseal the bag after each use.

Fermorin dried black soldier fly larvae are currently offered in 5 lb, 10 lb, and 30 lb bags.

Where does Fermorin ship?

We currently ship only within the United States. Free Economy Shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days. Expedited delivery is estimated at 1–3 business days, with the cost shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

We email tracking information after your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible for an address change; changes may not be possible after shipment and the carrier may charge a fee.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order before it is fulfilled. Email info@fermorin.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Can I return an opened or unwanted bag?

Because dried BSFL are a feed product, Fermorin does not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, has a quality issue, or never arrives, contact us so we can review a refund or free replacement.

How do I report a damaged, wrong, or missing order?

Email info@fermorin.com with your order number and photos when applicable. Our team normally responds within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 3–5 business days to appear.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription before its next order has been processed or shipped.
