At Fermorin, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are fulfilled.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of our product (dried Black Soldier Fly larvae), we do not accept returns.
However, we stand behind the quality of our treats, and your satisfaction matters to us.

We will offer a refund or a free replacement if:

  • Your package arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product has quality issues

  • Your order never arrives

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at info@fermorin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your bank or card provider

Subscriptions

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.
Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded.
